A bit about me: I'm a teacher with a master’s degree in education, a certified brain health and life coach and a yoga instructor. I’ve taught thousands of kiddos, and the curriculum and programming we created and teach to schools and communities, was molded by my time with each one of them. My passion is studying and teaching all about our amazing brains and how we really can give them a boost with the proper mindset!
